System Analyst / Senior Analyst Programmer / (.NET, $36K - $45K)

Job Duties:

• Maintain and enhance existing application systems while developing new business applications.

• Gather and analyze user requirements, identify key challenges, and recommend effective technical solutions.

• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Collaborate with project leaders and stakeholders to provide technical consultation and support throughout project implementation.

• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and conduct user training sessions when required.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience in application development.

• Solid experience in .NET application development.

• Strong understanding of system analysis, design, development, testing, and application configuration.

• Proficient in one or more of the following technologies:

  • .NET / ASP.NET

  • C#

  • MS SQL Server

  • MySQL

  • HTML / CSS

  • Crystal Reports

• Experience or knowledge in Angular is highly preferred.

• Exposure to or hands-on experience in AI/Generative AI development, machine learning, chatbot development, or LLM integration will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
