IT Security Specialist (PIA, SRAA, over $60K)

Key responsibilities

• Carry out quality control and quality assurance activities related to IT security operation, controls and activities for system integrity and availability

• Develop and maintain common IT operation workflows including incident handling and escalation, privilege account management, security incident handling, system backup, and change management

• Monitor and report on system testing activities including SIT, UAT, SRAA, PIA and load test

• Communicate with different project stakeholders on support, delivery, and escalation matters

• Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and system administration

• Perform on-call technical support and other duties as required

• Work irregular hours if necessary
  

About you

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Computing subjects

• At least 8-10 years experience in IT

• At least 4 years of working experience in project management on IT projects and IT operational management

• At least 4 years of working experience in server virtualization technology, MySQL server

• At least 4 years of working experience in IT security

• With IT security certificate is preferred

• Good communication skills

• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
