Key Responsibilities

• Perform product installation, configuration, implementation, and deployment activities.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.

• Monitor, maintain, and support application systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Develop and maintain UNIX/Linux shell scripts for automation and operational tasks.

• Work with database systems to support application functionality, data management, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers during implementation and support phases.

• Investigate and resolve system, application, and database-related incidents in a timely manner.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • UNIX, Linux, and DOS shell scripting

  • Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL

  • Product implementation and deployment

  • User support and incident management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
