shift duty is required
Job Duties:
Monitor the Data Center facilities (Power, cooling, fire suppression, etc.) and support the preventive maintenance by vendors.
Coordinate and escalate in Incident and Problem Management.
Responsible for the data center access control on visitors and equipment movement.
Perform regular patrol to maintain the center environment
Helpdesk support and handle the user enquiry, request and problem in timely manner.
Support tasks and activities for the operation like inventory checking, site maintenance, and report compiling.
Job Requirements:
Form 5 graduated or above
At least 2 years of working experience in Data Center operation
24 x 7 shift duties are required
Less experience will also be considered
Immediately available will be advantage
