Infrastructure Engineer (Windows/ Clonezilla, over $40K)

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support for systems used in incident handling

• Provide daily technical support for a single sign-on tool

• Deliver day-to-day technical support for PC hardware and software

• Maintain PC installation images

• Diagnose and resolve ad-hoc enquiries and problems

• Provide on-site support services

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline

• At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure

• At least 4 years of experience in office automation and PC LAN support

• Solid experience in Microsoft Windows Server administration, including server patch deployment and server accounts administration

• Familiar with using Clonezilla and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit to prepare Windows installation images

• Hands-on experience in SQL, server virtualisation technology, and Windows 7/8/10 desktop environments

• Experience in supporting production systems on GCIS platform is preferred
