Job Duties:
To provide ongoing support to MDIS in production;
To provide technical support to enhancements of MDIS, including programming, testing and bug fixing;
To elicit user requirements and liaise with contractor to complete changes and enhancements;
To provide technical support on website and office automation (OA);
To provide technical support on merging an existing division into another division;
To participate in the planning and execution of IT projects;
To carry out other IT related duties as and when required; and
To work in non-office hours as and when required.
Job Requirement:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 3 years' experience in IT industry
Solid experience in developing web-based applications using JAVA;
Solid experience in programming with database, such as MariaDB;
Solid experience in user requirement elicitation and analysis;
Solid experience in providing end user support;
Able to work with business end users and multiple technical parties;
