Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning, coordination, implementation, and delivery of IT infrastructure and network-related projects.

• Assist in managing project schedules, resources, vendors, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support system implementation, migration, deployment, testing, and post-implementation activities.

• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.

• Provide administration and user support services for IT systems and infrastructure environments.

• Ensure project activities comply with organisational standards, security requirements, and service level agreements.
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years' experience within the past 10 years in managing or delivering one or more of the following:

  • IT Infrastructure Projects

  • Network System Design Projects

  • Network Upgrade Projects

  • Data Centre Network Implementation Projects

  • Data Centre Relocation/Migration Projects

  • IT Administration and User Support Services

• Sound understanding of network infrastructure, servers, data centre environments, and IT operations.

• Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Good communication and documentation skills in English and Chinese.
