Job Description:

• Define and document user requirements, generate reports, and conduct testing and maintenance of application systems.

• Handle application documentation, testing, user training, data conversion, system migration, SRAA, and ongoing maintenance and enhancement of Intranet/Internet, client/server, and web-based application systems.

• Perform database design, performance tuning, system administration, and maintenance.

• Administer, monitor, and deliver services for application software systems.

• Evaluate and review hardware and software, and prepare technical proposals for IT equipment and services.

• Provide application and system support, including liaising with users and vendors, testing, monitoring, repairing, and recovering application systems.

• Design and prepare operation procedures, drill plans, contingency plans, and technical reports.

• Ensure contractor-submitted project deliverables are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent

• At least 6 years’ experience in the project management, user and vendor management, business analysis, system analysis and design, system development, testing, configuration, customization, deployment and administration of application software systems

• Have the following working experience and skill sets: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, MSSQL, SCCM, Kubernetes, webservice and virtualisation software such as VMware

• At least 2 years’ experience in Disaster Recovery Planning

• At least 3 years’ experience in IT Security
