Job Responsibilities
Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications.
Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory user administration.
Handle incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
Assist with IT asset management, equipment deployment, and office relocations.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely service delivery.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2+ years of experience in Deskside Support, Desktop Support, or IT Support.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
