Technical Business Analyst (Web & Workflow Systems, Over $40K)

Job description:

• Collect, examine, and convert intricate business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications, user stories, wireframes, and functional workflows

• Work in close partnership with development teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to design and implement IT solutions that are fit for purpose

• Assess system performance to confirm that project deliverables satisfy quality standards and deadlines;

• Look into issues reported by users, prioritize bugs, and draft enhancement requests

• Create user guides, reports, and training documentation to encourage system adoption

• Organize and deliver briefing and training sessions on IT systems

• Offer helpdesk assistance, coordinate with vendors, and maintain continuous communication with stakeholders
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent

• At least 3 years’ experience in IT Application Development and Management

• At least 2 years’ experience in:

  • Document Flow/Workflow Management System

  • MySQL

  • System Implementation and Maintenance/Support

  • Structured Query Language

  • Web Programming

• Knowledge on Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools (Azure)

• Experience in designing large-scale web and/or mobile application systems

• Experience in utilizing UI design tools such as Figma and Moqups

• Business analysis experience in large scale projects
