Business Analyst (Web application systems, over $30K)

Job Description:

• Gather, analyse, and translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, wireframes, and functional workflows

• Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to design and deliver fit-for-purpose IT solutions

• Evaluate system performance to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines

• Investigate user-reported issues, triage bugs, and formulate enhancement requests

• Develop user guides, reports, and training materials to drive system adoption F.Prepare and conduct briefing and training sessions on IT systems

• Provide helpdesk support, vendor coordination, and ongoing stakeholder communication

• Perform any other assigned IT services or tasks as directed by the supervisor
  

Requirement Details:

• Bachelor degree in computer science or a related field

• 3 years or above hands-on experience in IT application development of which 2 year must be in similar post

• Knowledge on Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools (Azure) is required

• Solid experience in designing large-scale web and/or mobile application systems

• Solid experience in utilizing UI design tools such as Figma and Moqups

• Solid business analysis experience in large scale projects

• Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work

• Good writing, communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
