Responsibilities:
Prepare projects documentations, quotations, tenders, and presentations materials
Review customer documents to identify key requirements and deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to gather information and address issues
Evaluate digital and AI tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency
Requirements:
F.5 or above
At least 1 year of experience in IT, Customer Service or Presales Support
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Proactive in learning and applying AI tools
Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player
Excellent written and spoken in English and Chinese
Fresh graduates with relevant experience are also welcome
