System Analyst (Application project management, Wan Chai, over $60K)

Job Duties:

• To oversee contractor in IT projects including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, procurement and installation, development, testing and user acceptance, implementation, system nursing and maintenance of IT systems

• To prepare project updates, reports and specifications

• To work with contractor to monitor system usage and manage the allocation of IT infrastructure resources;

• To support housekeeping jobs for security control, job accounting, system and data backup, disaster recovery and media management purposes

• To assist in liaison with contractor, government departments and other stakeholders for the IT projects;

• To monitor the performance of subordinates

• To provide administrative support in other ICT matters and perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
  

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 10 years' experience in IT industry

• At least 10 years' experience in application development

• At least 5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support, SQL, Technical Architectural Support and Project Management

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
