Contract Project Manager (Marketing / Public Relations)

Job Duties:

• Explore diverse promotion channels to reach different target segments of the public;

• Engage NGOs for promoting the use of eHealth App in the community;

• Assist in implementing public facing promotional campaigns;

• Monitor public relations agency’s work to ensure quality of the deliverables; and

• Perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers (e.g. conduct research, prepare presentations).
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or, Communications from a Hong Kong’s university or equivalent;

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, with Level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE, HKCEE or equivalent [Note: ‘Grade C’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE is accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth];

• At least ten (10) years post-degree full time working experience in marketing/public relations and project management. Experience in vendor/agency management or support in the area of health care services or public administration would be a merit;

• Able to work independently and as a team, be proactive and with excellent interpersonal skills;

• Able to work under pressure and beyond office hours;

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and other common office automation tools; and

• Preferably have good knowledge of issues pertaining to the current health care matters such as eHealth.
