Technical Project Manager (Full Stack Development, $65-70K)

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out user requirement definition, documentation, report generation, testing, and maintenance of application systems

• Perform application related documentation, testing, user training, data conversion, system migration, SRAA, maintenance and enhancement for Intranet/Internet, client/server systems, and web application systems

• Perform database design, performance tuning, system administration and maintenance

• Administrate, monitor and provide services for application software systems

• Evaluate and inspect/review hardware, software, and prepare technical proposals of IT equipment and services

• Provide application and system support services such as liaison with users and vendors, testing, monitoring, repairing, recovering application systems

• Design and prepare operation procedures, drill plans, contingency plans, technical reports

• Ensure project deliverables submitted by the contractor to be on time and meet quality standard

• Manage the team members including System Analyst and Analyst Programmer
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology, or a related field

• At least 6 years or above relevant IT working experience in project management, user and vendor management, business analysis, system analysis and design, system development, testing, configuration, customization, deployment and administration of application software systems

• Knowledge and solid experience on user and vendor management

• Knowledge/experience of security risk assessment and audit

• Solid experience on project management, with Project Management Professional Certification

• Working experience and skill sets: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, MSSQL, SCCM, Kubernetes, webservice and virtualisation software such as VMware

• Knowledge and experience in Cloud Computing

• Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized

• Good leadership, planning, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
