Job Duties:
Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of network engineers and support specialists; conduct skills assessments and set career progression plans.
Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network systems.
Implement and enforce network security measures, firewall policies, patch management, and incident/disaster recovery protocols.
Job Requirement:
F.5 or above
At least 3-4 years' experience in network support and management
Progressive experience in enterprise network administration and infrastructure engineering
Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, QoS, and VPNs.
Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and software-defined networking (SDN).
Strong background in firewall management, network monitoring tools, and disaster recovery planning.
