Helpdesk Support

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive IT application helpdesk support and technical assistance for IT applications
Provide support and guidance to users in using various IT applications
Coordinate with developers for bug fixes or updates
Assist in application testing and software upgrades
Assist in preparing and updating application documentation and e-forms
Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Higher diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in IT application helpdesk support
Solid experience in Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 operating systems
Proven hands-on experience in MySQL
Experience with Drupal, PHP, Java and JavaScript is an advantage
Good command of both English and Chinese
Good telephone manner and communication skills
