Analyst Programmer / Systems Analyst (Web & Mobile Solutions)

Key Responsibilities:

• SDLC Execution & Delivery: Participate in system analysis, design, development, database design, system integration, testing, data migration, and production rollout for web and mobile enterprise applications (including field operation and workflow systems).

• Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, end-users, IT security auditors, and external contractors to ensure milestones are met. Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying risks/delays, and coordinating project activities.

• Documentation & Procurement Support: Prepare detailed user requirements, functional specs, technical architecture documentation, and procurement specifications for hardware, software, and IT services.

• System Evaluation & Testing: Evaluate new technologies, test system components, hardware peripherals, and software products to ensure performance and reliability.

• Security & Compliance: Coordinate with security auditors and contractors to complete Security Risk Assessment & Audit (SRAA) exercises and execute required follow-up remediation actions.

• Operational & On-Call Support: Provide ongoing system maintenance and on-call technical support, including outside normal office hours, weekends, or public holidays as required by project needs.
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computing or related subjects

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification IT experience, including at least 2 years direct hands-on experience in application development and system implementation.

• Solid development experience in building web and mobile applications for Internet and Intranet environments.

• Strong knowledge of application architecture, Linux environments, web/application servers, relational databases, and SQL.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).

• Willingness to work under pressure and perform overtime/on-call duties outside standard office hours when needed.
