Responsibilities:
Ensure team meets brand’s target customer needs, focuses on growing M.I.C.E. revenues and maximizes financial performance of the department
Identify new business opportunities and enhance sales on groups, events and catering to achieve company’s goals
Maximize groups, events and catering sales of the hotel by strategic planning, implementing and monitoring all sales activities as assigned
Respond to enquiries, work on proposals, presentation and conduct site inspection to clients in a timely and professional manner
Conduct market research on competitors’ analysis and market trend
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
Minimum 4 years’ experience in handling event and catering of all kinds, including conversion and logistics.
Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A team player with leadership skills
Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager, MICE
