We're looking for a social media native who thinks like a content creator and operates like a strategist. You'll own the full social lifecycle for your clients: from trend-spotting and content planning, to hands-on execution, reporting, and media boosting. You'll also own the full KOL journey: sourcing and briefing the right creators, managing them through paperwork and shoot day, and reporting on what it delivered. You're the go-to daily contact clients trust, the social expert your internal teams rally around, and the person who always seems to know which creator is about to break through. This is a role for someone who is self-driven, culturally switched-on, and genuinely excited about what's happening online right now.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Be the daily point of contact for clients, responsive, reliable, someone they trust

  • Build and manage content calendars rooted in platform best practices, cultural moments, and brand strategy

  • Develop social ideas and content copywriting, partnering with the art team on visuals

  • Plan and execute paid social and media boosting

  • Report on performance clearly, turning data into actionable recommendations

  • Spot trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to inspire teammates around you

KOL Management

  • Source and shortlist influencers and creators for pitches and retainer clients, matched to brief and budget

  • Ideate content direction for influencer collaborations, keeping it on-brand and native to each creator

  • Manage influencers end-to-end: contracts, paperwork, briefings, and approvals

  • Follow shoots on the ground, keeping creators, clients, and the internal team aligned on the day

  • Support with post-campaign reporting to capture KOL post-performance

  • Stay ahead of Hong Kong's creator landscape, famous names and emerging ones, across every category

Requirements

  • 5+ years of social media and/or influencer management experience in an agency environment

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, with strong written and spoken communication skills; Mandarin proficiency would be an advantage

  • Confident managing client relationships independently, day to day

  • Hands-on content creator: you plan it, you make it, you report on it

  • Experienced in paid social and media boosting

  • A genuine creator-watcher, naming emerging talent across categories in Hong Kong. Knowledge of creators outside Hong Kong is a plus.

  • Comfortable owning influencer paperwork and logistics, and hands-on during shoots

  • Deeply fluent in social platforms: formats, algorithms, and what's changing

  • Embrace AI tools to move faster and think bigger

  • Analytical, organized, self-directed
