Deputy Head (commencing August 2027)

We are looking for a Deputy Head to deliver inspirational and effective leadership and management for the whole group of schools.  With a broad remit of:

• setting strategic direction in conjunction with the Board of Directors;

• setting high standards of teaching and learning;

• effectively managing people; and

• maintaining facilities, budgets and resources and providing exceptional communication and accountability.

 Requirements

• A master's degree in education or above.

• At least five years of teaching experience and two years or more in school management position.

• High level of cultural sensitivity.

• Strong leadership and international vision-personal skills.

• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to the pastoral care and wellbeing of children.

• Ideally experienced in working in international school settings.
