Director (Investment Operations & Reporting)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular analysis of the investment partners’ financial data and track the financial health, liquidity and performance metrics of the investee companies

• Review the operational performance of the investment partners and the investee companies against the established investment theses and strategic objectives

• Work on post-investment governance related matters and collaborate with external advisors as necessary

• Implement best practices in valuation processes and investment reporting frameworks

• Perform other assigned duties as required

Requirements:

• University degree with good academic results

• At least 10 years in investment operations or accounting. Work experience in reputable institutions in private equity, venture capital and asset management a plus

• Good understanding of the Basic Law of the HKSAR

• Committed to contributing to the future development of Hong Kong and achieving the HKIC’s objectives

• Strong sense of integrity and professional ethics

• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies across asset classes

• Familiarity with post-investment monitoring framework

• Knowledge in relevant legal, accounting, regulatory framework

• Willing to take on new challenges and share ideas

• Detailed-oriented, resilient and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure

• Proven execution capabilities and ability to handle multi-tasks efficiently

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Remuneration Package
