Assistant Supervisor VAS Operations

General Responsibilities

Manage inventory: Conduct stock-takes and prepare reports to monitor material levels.
Support operations: Prepare materials on time for repackaging jobs to meet operational needs.
Ensure compliance: Follow and enforce repackaging instructions, especially for regulated pharmaceutical products.
Perform inspections: Check starting materials, packaging materials, repacked products, and CoA according to SOPs.
Quality control: Carry out in-process checks, final inspections, and ensure proper line clearance during repackaging.
Team & reporting: Plan and manage redressing schedules, supervise and motivate the VAS team to ensure smooth schedule, while reporting issues and supporting audits and projects

Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
Hands-on experience in repacking operations, production line supervision, or schedule planning is an advantage.
Strong skills in stock counting and inventory management, with proficiency in computer systems (e.g., Excel, warehouse management systems) for reporting purposes.
Proven ability to lead and supervise a small team, including planning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and maintaining team motivation.
Diploma in Logistics, Science, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards is an advantage.
