- Client: 1) Property Developers, 2) Engineering Consultants
- Positions: Building Services Coordinator / (Resident) Building Services Engineer
- Projects:B.S. system installation for:-
- HK - Residential / Commercial / Retail developments & renovation projects
- PRC - Mixed Residential & Commercial & Retail developments
- Responsibilities: Project planning; System design; Site coordination; preparation of CSD / CBWD
- Salary: B.S. Coordinator $25 - 35K, B.S. Engineer $40K up
Requirements
- Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 3 years experience gained for sizable building services system installation projects
- Solid experience in B.S. system design and planning
- Familiar with CSD, CBWD
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good command of language
