The Job
- Client: Property Developer
- Position: Senior Construction Manager / Construction Manager
- Location: Hong Kong OR China
- Responsibilities: Monitor contractors' (Building / E&M) performance, site progress, quality of works, etc.
- $45K+. Bonus. Medical. Accommodation & Allowance.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- Relevant professional qualification preferred
- 10 years solid site experience gained from main contractor or property developer for sizable new building projects.
- Solid experience in building and E&M works.
- PRC project experience is required and willing to travel or station for China position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Construction Manager
