- Clients: An Interior Fit-Out Contractor
- Position: QS Manager
- Responsibilities: Full spectrum of QS functions. Pre & Post-Contract administration.
- $60-75K. 5-day, medical, bonus
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Professional qualification preferred; HKIS, RICS
- 12-15 years QS experience gained with contractor for fit-out works
- Good experience in pre/post-contract administration
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good command of Chinese and English
