The Job
- Client: A Property Management Company
- Position: Maintenance Manager
- Responsibilities: To lead a team of engineers and technicians for the maintenance of a Grade-A commercial building in HK district. Condition survey. Preventive maintenance; Performance analysis and advice on the need for upgrade of building services. Emergent maintenance on system breakdown. Project management for renovation projects - tender administration, monitor contractor works, etc.
- $45K up. Medical, bonus.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- Professional qualification; HKIE, CIBSE or equivalent
- 10 years experience in property maintenance of which latest 3 years should be at managerial level
- Relevant maintenance experience for Commercial properties
- Familiar with both building works and building services systems
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Good command of Chinese and English
