The Job
- Client: A Multi-National Interior Fit-Out Contractor
- Position: Project Director
- Responsibilities: Head up the project team and manage multiple fit-out projects from design to construction. Program planning & implementation, quality assurance, budgeting & cost control.
- $70K, 5 day, bonus, medical
Requirements
- Degree in Interior Design, Building Studies or related disciplines
- Min. 15 years experience in interior contracting, fit-out
- Relevant experience in high-end Commercial / Retail / Hotel fit-out projects
- Solid experience in interior design and construction
- Excellent project and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of Chinese and English
