- Client: A renowned Interior Design and Fit-Out Consultancy
- Position: Building Services Manager
- Project: High-end commercial / retail / hospitality fit-out, renovation
- Salary: $50K - $80K+
Requirements
- Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
- Professional qualification preferred; HKIE, CIBSE or equivalent
- Min. 12 years experience in building services projects
- Relevant experience in B.S. fit-out for commercial/retail/hotel projects will be an advantage.
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Less experienced candidates will be considered as Building Services Manager
