The Job
- Client: A large Fit-Out Contractors
- Position: 1) Senior Quantity Surveyor 2) Quantity Surveyor
- Projects: Fit-out for 5-star hotels, high-end retail and residential properties, Grade A office.
- Location: HK / Macau
- $20-50K
Requirements
- Degree in Quanitity Surveying or related discipline
- Professional qualification preferred but not a must. Eg, HKIS, RICS
- 4-12 years experience in quantity surveying preferably for large-scale fit-out / renovation projects
- Solid all-rounded QS experience.
- Relevant expposure to hotel / retail projects will be an adventage.
- Good communication skills
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Station is required for Macau position
