The Job
- Client: A Property Developer
- Position: Technical Officer / Building Engineer
- Responsibilities: To assist the Manager in maintenance and renovation projects for a portfolio of retail and residential properties - carry out condition survey, monitor repair & maintenance works of contractors, works inspection.
- $20-35K. 5-day, medical, bonus
Requirements
- Tertiary educated in Building Studies or related discipline
- Min. 2 years experience in maintenance / renovation / A&A projects for building works
- Good experience in handling spalling and seepage
- Large-scale renovation project experience will be an advantage.
- Good command of languages
