The Job
- Clients: Main Contractor
- Position: Contracts Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor - E&M
- Position: Perform full QS functions for E&M projects from tendering, estimation, handling claims, budget control, pre/post-contract administration, final accounts
- $30K-60K. Medical, bonus
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services / Electrical Engineering
- Professional qualification is required for Manager position.Eg, HKIS
- 3-12 years QS experience gained from E&M projects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Chinese and English
