The Job
- Clients: A Leading E&M Contractor
- Position: Building Services Coordinator (Data Center / IT Projects)
- Responsibilities:
- Handle the coordination of large scale, multi-disciplinary building services project
- Salary: $40-60K, bonus, medical
Requirements
- Degree or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Member of HKIE / CIBSE is highly preferred
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in handling building services project
- Experience in handling Data Centre or IT projects is an advantage
- Good interpersonal, project management and site supervision skills
- Conversant with coordination of CSD and CBWD
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
