The Job
- Clients: A Leading Main Contractor
- Position: BIM Modeler / Engineer
- Responsibilities:
- Develop BIM content based on BIM Modelling standards
- Prepare BIM models as advised by engineers
- CSD/CBWD production
- Coordinate with clients and consultant teams
- Present BIM deliverables to clients
- Salary: $25-42K+, bonus, medical
Requirements
- Degree/ Higher Diploma in Construction, Building Services or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in using BIM software
- Familiar in using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks for drawings and model coordination
- Candidates with BIM professional qualification (HKIBIM / CIC) will be placed for higher positions
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
