The Job
- Clients: Main Contractor
- Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP / HK$50-63K)
- Responsibilities:
- Perform full QS functions for E&M projects from tendering, estimation, handling claims, budget control, pre/post-contract administration, final accounts
- Salary: $50-63K, 5-days work, Medical, Bonus
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services / Electrical Engineering
- Professional qualification is required for Manager position. e.g. HKIS, RICS
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in large-scale E&M QS work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Chinese and English
