The Job
- Company: A large Property Developer
- Position: Customer Services Ambassador
- Responsibilities: Based at the CS / Information counter of the shopping mall. Answer customer inquiries on events and promotional campaigns. Gift redemption. Provide other ad hoc assistance to customers.
- $17-23K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus
Requirements
- Secondary educated or above
- Min. 1 year customer services experience preferably gained in travel / hospitality industry
- Good communication skills
- Polite, pleasant, friendly
- Good command of Cantonese, English, Putonghua
- Willing to work on shift.
- More experienced candidates will be considered as Supervisor.
