The Job
- Client: A Shopping Mall at prime district
- Positions: Senior Leasing Officer
- Responsibilities: Assist the manager in tenancy management, lease terms negotiation, leasing document management, fit-out & maintenance coordination and other ad hoc duties.
- 5 day. Salary: 35K+/-
Requirements
- Tertiary educated
- Min. 6 year leasing experience gained with property developers for prime shopping malls / retail properties:
Sound experience in terms negotiation and familiar with leasing documents - Experience in handling tenants of luxury brands / large retail chains.
- Outgoing and presentable
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
