The Job
- Position: Recruitment Consultant (Freelance)
- Requirements:To handle end-to-end recruitment assignments from clients:
- Gathering job information and requirements from clients.
- Sourcing candidates through job advertisements, research, networking, etc.
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Interview coordination, placement follow up with both clients and candidates
- Warm/Cold call for new business opportunities
- Mon-Fri. Competitive commission scheme
Requirements
- Tertiary educated with at least 1 - 2 years' working experience preferably in HR / Recruitment.
- Possess strong interest in the recruitment industry.
- Enjoy working with people.
- Strong business acumen, outgoing, self-motivated, aggressive and confident
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
