The Job

• Client: A renowned Property Developer
• Position: Duty Engineer (Mid/Night Shift)
• Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain MEP systems of commercial & retail properties in Central; Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal operation of systems; Supervise external contractors for repair and servicing work.; Work closely with tenants and retail operators to resolve engineering-related concerns; Address technical faults, breakdowns, and urgent maintenance issues promptly.
• $35-38K. Medical. Bonus

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
• 5 years or above maintenance experience gained with property developer / management company for commercial & retail properties
• Familiar with both electrical / HVAC systems
• REW B(0)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on shift
