The Job
Client: A Listed Property Group
Position: Leasing Officer / Assistant Leasing Officer
Responsibilities: Responsible for the leasing of retail malls in HK. Responsible for market research & analysis, tenancy management, lease terms negotiation, document management, etc.
$20-25K+. 5-day, medical, bonus
Requirements
Degree holder
1-2 years experience in retail leasing gained with property developers for sizeable shopping malls
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
Applicants with more experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
