ENGINEER - Air Conditioning Maintenance, Repair & Installation Contractor (Wanchai)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out scheduled maintenance, repair, and installation of air conditioning systems and associated electrical works.

• Conduct electrical testing, inspection, and troubleshooting on air conditioning units and related circuits.

• Ensure all works comply with the Electricity Ordinance, Code of Practice, and REC licensing conditions.

• Respond to emergency breakdowns and service calls at shopping mall sites.

• Prepare service reports, test certificates, and maintenance records.

• Coordinate with clients, property management, and subcontractors as needed.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition.

• Support ad hoc projects and site works as required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Higher Diploma, Diploma, or above in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning maintenance, repair, or installation.

• Experience working in shopping malls, commercial buildings, or retail environments is preferred.

• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong electrical regulations, safety standards, and REC requirements.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work on-site at various shopping mall locations in Hong Kong.
