The University now invites applications for the following position:

Executive Officer – Centre for Teaching and Learning  (Ref: EO (CTL) 2026-10-30)

Responsibilities:

• provide administrative support for digital learning, teaching and learning enhancement, and service-learning;

• provide administrative support to various committees/working groups/task forces in preparing papers, conducting meetings and executing decisions made by these committees/working groups/task forces;

• monitor and update the content of the online portal; and

• prepare promotional materials and organise seminars and activities related to teaching and learning.

Applicants should:

• possess a recognised bachelor’s degree, with 3 years or above of relevant work experience;

• be proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing;

• be capable of using AI tools for writing, summarisation, data analysis, and content generation;

• have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).

• possess good interpersonal and communication skills, be mature, self-motivated, outgoing and able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure; and

• be a fast learner and good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Work experience in the higher education sector will be an advantage.
