Airport Operations Coordinator

Job Description

• Handle full set of airfreight import & export documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, Manifest, and any necessary licenses to ensure timely operations

• Assist with on-site processing of cargo handling at the terminal for both import and export shipments

• Liaise with relevant parties, including internal team members, customs, AFCD, terminal handling agents, and airlines for shipment arrangements

• Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
  

Working Hours

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, with alternative Saturday shift)

• Shift Duty: 07:00 – 24:00 (9 hours per shift, including 1-hour lunch time)

• Willingness to work overtime and on holidays as needed
  

Requirements

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above;                                                                                                                  

• 1 year of relevant experience in an air forwarding role is preferred

• Proficient in MS office applications (MS Excel and Word), and Chinese Word Processing

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage

• Highly organized and detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility 

• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
