Established in 1996, our customer base includes government and private hospitals in Hong Kong as well as local universities, government laboratories, physician clinics, physiotherapy clinics, and other medical professionals. Responsibilities:
Plan and implement preventive maintenance task
Preform in-site and off-site maintenance task
Prepare service reports and preventive maintenance reports to customers
Assist in pre-sales demonstrations and after-sales service
Assist in training materials and preparation for sales events
Respond to complaints and resolve issues
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder preferable in Science or Engineering study or related disciplines.
Be a team player with other staff to learn about our products.
Strong communication and written skills in English & Chinese
One Year experience is preferable
