ROLE MISSION

• To provide strategic financial leadership and ensure robust financial governance, compliance, and reporting in support of the Group's continued growth and listed-company obligations.

ROLE SUMMARY

• Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all aspects of the finance function and company secretarial matters for the Company, lead a team of six, and act as a key business partner to senior management.

• This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for financial accuracy, statutory compliance, timely disclosure requirements of a Hong Kong listed entity, and full-scope company secretarial support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-spectrum accounting operations, including month-end close, consolidation, and group reporting

• Ensure compliance with HKFRS, HKEX Listing Rules, and all statutory and regulatory filing obligations

• Prepare and review interim and annual financial statements, announcements, and circulars

• Oversee internal controls, risk management, and audit coordination (external and internal)

• Lead cash flow forecasting, treasury management, and banking relationships

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a finance team of six professionals

• Handle company secretarial duties for Hong Kong and offshore entities (including BVI companies).

• Liaise with auditors, regulators, company secretary, and other external stakeholders as needed
