Product & Merchandising Manager (Retailing)

• Fotomax (F.E.) Ltd. (a subsidiary company for China-Hongkong Photo Product Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1123)) is reputable chain store specialized in photo finishing services and provides wide range of imaging products. Owing to rapid business expansion, we are now looking for a dynamic individual to perform the following duties:
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop the organization's goals and strategy related to products;

• Formulate annual product plan and manage effective product strategies to maximize Fotomax sales and profitability;

• Select products to meet our stores’ goals, including their display and price;

• Oversee all aspects of our merchandising operations, from the new product development and sourcing to inventory management and retail partnerships;

• Manage and coordinate design, development and enhancement of new and existing products;  

• Work closely with marketing team to develop marketing campaigns designed to promote Fotomax products and services;

• Work closely with professional lab team to ensure focus on imaging services, keeping Fotomax offerings in the forefront of the industry;

• Monitor market trends, competitors' sales activities, and consumer needs.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing or related disciplines;

• Minimum 8 years of management experience in retail or photo imaging industry(manufacturing experience is not suitable);

• Merchandising gift, souvenir and accessory or product design background is preferred;

• Excellent communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills, with a keen market sense;

• Experience conducting market research and analyzing customer needs and market trends;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;

• Willing to travel and work out of the office; 

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams);

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Immediately available is an advantage.
