Assistant Manager/Manager, Credit Card, Digital Banking, Data & Payment Card

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team head to achieve the assigned KPIs e.g. no. of new customers, sales volume and receivables 

• Plan and coordinate the program implementation of marketing programs to ensure smooth operation and timely roll-out of programs

• Assist team head to conduct feasibility study on new product / channel / marketing initiatives

• Conduct post program evaluation and analysis to identify the key learning

• Ensure full compliance to relevant regulatory requirements and assist to roll out action plan if required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines preferable

• Preferably at least 3 years' marketing experience in the credit card / personal loan industry; candidates will more experience will be considered as Manager 

• Strong marketing sense, good project management skill, and attention to details

• Strong self-motivation, with creativity and ability to work under pressure

• Understand relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements

• Good communication and written skills (both Chinese and English)
