Product Design & Development Executive (GS/DES/202607)

Role Overview:

Manage the entire jewelry development cycle from creative concept, sketches to final product launch, bridging design and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Create hand sketches and 3D jewelry designs.

• Trend Translation: Turn market trends into commercial products.

• Project Management: Lead end-to-end product development lifecycles.

• Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-departmental teams for product launches.
  

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Jewelry Design (College/IVE or equivalent).

• Experience: 3+ years in jewelry design and manufacturing.

• Proficient in hand sketching and 3D design; Jewelry CAD is a plus but not essential

• Languages: Fluent Chinese (written & spoken); basic English.
