Fund Manager (Asset Management)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the fund manager for the firm’s QDII business and oversee investment operations of managed products. Conduct preliminary research, formulate asset allocation plans under designated investment strategies, and execute investment management for all products;

• Report investment progress and investment plans to the Head of Investment Management, and implement resolutions issued by the Investment Decision Committee.

• Conduct investment research and analysis covering bond and equity markets, carry out in-depth research on relevant industries and investment targets with forward-looking judgment, and compose research reports to support investment strategy formulation.

• Manage market risk and credit risk of investment portfolios; monitor portfolio gains and losses, and conduct performance attribution and scenario analysis for portfolios.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related;

• Prior investment management experience in QDII products or the Hong Kong market and Holder of SFC RA9 license is preferred;

• Minimum 8 years of investment research experience, with at least 5 years of formal portfolio management experience;

• In-depth knowledge of global bond or equity markets, supported by a clear investment framework and well-defined core investment strategies. (supporting performance documents may be attached on a voluntary basis);

• Good command in English;

• Meticulous, diligent, team-oriented, with strong communication skills, excellent written and verbal expression capabilities, and outstanding learning agility;
