Building Engineer

Job Duties:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring building works on site.

• Prepare construction programme

• Review contract drawings, specifications, method statements, shop drawings, and technical submissions.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and other project team members on design, construction, and site issues.

• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to programme, specification, and quality requirements.

• Supervise site activities, inspect workmanship, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Construction Management or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in main contractors

• Good communication skills and PC knowledge

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Immediately available is highly preferred
